Refund policy

Returns

At Ephron Industrial Supply, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Glide HydroLift200 or Pallet Jack HydroLift arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or videos of the issue to verify the problem. Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value equipment.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Glide HydroLift200 or Pallet Jack HydroLift for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
