Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed through Ephron Industrial Supply are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Due to the size and weight of our equipment, products such as the Glide HydroLift200 and Pallet Jack HydroLift are typically shipped using LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and warehouse availability.
In some cases, shipments may involve international freight combined with domestic LTL delivery, which can extend delivery times to approximately 35–40 days depending on logistics and destination.
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for heavy equipment are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
There are no additional import duties or surprise fees for customers at checkout when shipping is included with the product.
Freight Delivery Requirements
Because our products ship via freight carriers:

Deliveries are typically made to curbside or loading areas
Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Freight carriers may provide updates directly as the shipment approaches your location.
